It's that time of the week again...Bo's wine of the week!

This week's wine is our 2018 Super Trooper Fleurieu Shiraz Cabernet.

With wafts of macerated cherry and campfire toast. A rush of fresh berry, choc mint, cloves and cedary, smoked bacon. Robust fruit with supple tannin makes for a moreish mouthful.

Did you know: The final blend of Super Trooper was confirmed in a back-of-the-ute tasting while the Zonte’s team was bush-camping in the Flinders Ranges’ Arkaroola.
