We’ve decided to share with you how we make the perfect cheese board – best enjoyed with friends, a view and a glass of wine in hand, of course!


For our cheese board, we’ve followed a few simple guidelines and one crucial rule; there aren’t any rules. Flaunt your culinary license.


CHEESE FOR SOPHISTICATION

Ideally you want between 2-3 cheeses depending on the size of your party

Choose 1 (or many) from each category and pair with the accompanying wine

Fresh, Salty and Sour – Bolle Felici Prosecco

Delicate and Nutty – Scarlet Lady Bird Rose

Strong and Firm – Canto Sangiovese

Pungent – Baron Von Nemesis Shiraz


CURED MEATS TO SATISFY THE CRAVINGS

Select 1-2 cured meats that will pair well with the cheeses on your board and are also delicious by themselves.


BREAD OR CRACKERS? WHY NOT HAVE BOTH!

We Recommend Fresh Sliced French Baguette and Tuckers Natural Gourmet Crackers.
