2019 Love Symbol Grenache -- 93 Points
"Plenty of flavour; and excellent flavour it is too. Red berried, sweet and ripe but fluent, frisky, juicy, exuberant. Red liquorice with orange peel, florals and associated sweet spices....
Terrific drinking, full stop.”
2019 Blackberry Patch Cabernet -- 93 Points
"They get such good heft into this wine. It’s grunt, served with a smooth skin. It tastes of blackcurrant, peppercorns, raspberry, violets and toast. It tastes of fruit though, mostly, inky fruit, ripe and commanding. There’s a good turn of tannin here too, dry tannin, appropriate to the wine’s warmth and size. It’s a very good wine, bold, generous, well-formed."
