Madrugador [Spanish-English. Early Riser] is an acknowledgement of this early ripening variety; Tempranillo. Its fruit is known for being picked at the early part of vintage producing a medium-bodied wine we find intriguing and gets our taste buds excited!

This rendition delivers rich Plum, Fig and Red Cherries a dynamite contrast of flavours complimented by signature cedar-like tannins

"A big jammy style that has very rich aromas with plenty of fruit characters. Solid palate structure with plenty of power and some great grainy tannins."

WineOrbit.co.nz - Sam Kim, May 2022

"Sweetly perfumed and immediately appealing with Black Doris plum, blueberry, green olive and rich floral aromas, it's plump and flavoursome in the mouth offering terrific fruit purity and persistency. Silky and fleshy with plenty of tasty flavours. Certified organic."

The Real Review - Aaron Brasher 5 June 2022

"Deep, dark and inky in the glass. Lifted and evocative aromas of mulberry, dark cherry, cola, spice and sarsaparilla. Brooding and powerful on the palate, lashings of dark fruits, licorice, sour cherry and cedar. Bright, crunchy acidity and grippy, granular tannins round the wine out very nicely. Needs some time tucked away."
